Worst customer service ever. Ever since Dr Colvin and Russell left, they barley picked up the phone. Don’t go here. I have severe anxiety and even though I call during office hours they don’t answer. All I want is treatment and I cannot get that. They don’t care about you or your health so please do not waste your time calling.
I really appreciate the help of both the admins, they are both very accommodating and helpful. Also Dr. Qasha is an amazing doctor to my entire family and especially my two young kids.
Worst customer service worst receptionist. She called me and left me a voice message saying that I have an appointment and contact her for the confirmation. I called back to if I have an appointment, she treated me like I called the wrong person lol. I told her I got a message from you with the same voice as you and I don't have any appointment. she said maybe we got a wrong number. OKAY and hung up the phone. NOT EVEN SAYS SORRY!
