Dr. Woo is a good doctor but the receptionist is so unprofessional, and incompetent when it comes to doing her job.
Dr.woo is an excellent doctor caring understanding and very knowledgable. The receptionist on the other hand is honestly just a horrible person with absolutely no people skills. If you want to be talked to like your a piece of trash by all means call in.
