I've been going there for 3-ish years. I rarely go in for anything other than a well-child visit. The staff is friendly. Dr Keller is polite and my kids like her. Yea, I've had to wait longer than I would like buy the waiting g room keeps my kids occupied. They just remodeled and the whole office looks nice.
