Expensive for bad customer service. Had an appointment for 11:00 on a Sunday, they hadn’t even opened their doors when I arrived. There was no one there, not even the nail techs. They didn’t even bother to call the women who had scheduled appointments to tell us about a delay... we waited 20 minutes with no apologies
