My fiance and I purchased our first 5th wheel from a family member who stored and had maintenance done on it at Runners RV. She had spoken very highly of everyone here and upon picking up our newest addition, we got the very same experience she had raved about. Not only did they take the time to show us how to hitch for the first time, they filled up our water, and were happy to help us with any other questions we had. We are super happy with our experience at Runners RV and will happily recommend them at any chance! Thank you Runners RV! We are ready for our first adventure!
What a great place to get service! They went over and above to help us with our 5th wheel mostly the work was under warranty but so many shops will not do work on rvs that they did not sell, and besides the warranty work they did extra work and since it was less than an hour they didn’t even charge us! They were really good about showing my husband what to do if we had any further issues going forward. We highly recommend this company! Zena and Brian Kimmel.
With screaming little ones and 30+ degree weather we stopped in to Runner’s RV on our way to Sandpoint Idaho. We had a problem with our slide-out preventing us from travelling any further. Reg and Cathy dropped what they were doing to find a solution and get us on our way immediately!! A total display of understanding and selfless customer service. Our family will never forget this act of kindness.
Runners took on our warranty work with agreement from another dealer. Runners is awesome. Great communication, excellent work and attention to detail. They make the experience of owning an RV great. I would highly recommend Runners RV to any one. Thanks Runners RV. Keep up your great work.
I'm very disappointed in the service here! They are happy to give you attention until you have your RV sale done but have no follow through on supporting it with service. They will tell you two weeks for a service call and then 9 months later it might get fixed, if you even get a response at all. I have to ask multiple times to get stuff done. They obviously don't need my business. I've had something broken since getting the unit and more than a year later, still not fixed so I'll need to pay someone else to fix what should have been fixed under warranty. I get that everyone is busy and short staffed right now but so am I and I don't have time to chase people to give them business.
Excellent. Went over one weekend to go check out 5th wheels and had a nice time. No pushy sales team but they are there and eager to answer questions. Good folks!
My husband and I were so excited to find this RV store because we didn't know it existed. However, we were so disappointed with the service. The female clerk at the back was in a tizzy and acted like we were bothering her, and when we asked the man at the back to check for an item that we wanted to order he ignored us and walked away. How disappointing! We definitely won't be shopping there any time soon.
Excellent sales department. No pressure to buy and always ready to help, even though we made multiple visits with no purchase. When we did purchase a trailer, they were focused on ensuring our complete satisfaction and they really delivered. We are very happy with their sales and service and definitely will return.
Superb service. We broke a leaf sprng on our 5th wheel on on way to Ontario. Carson was able to get this repaired and put us back on the road in a couple of hours. What a phenomenal pleasure it was to deal with this company
Wasn't impressed with the salesman who talked with us. There must have been a medical reason he never even bothered to get up from his chair. Was flippant, rude, and condescending. The only positive thing we walked away with is that we positively won't be back.
