New location. Art work by local students. Food home prepared and delicious. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Frozen soups available as well.
A lovely spot with delicious homemade food just like grandma would make. I had the chicken BLT and the bread was toasted just right and the house roasted chicken was delicious. The woman working the front possibly the owner was lovely and when I asked about the chicken soup after we had already ordered she brought me some to try complimentary. It's clear they take pride in their food and service. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
This place has absolutely the best gluten free wraps and homemade soup. They’re friendly and accommodating. The food takes a little while if it’s a wrap or sandwich but for fresh, handmade, good quality - it’s worth it. Dietary restrictions: Many Gluten free options
Delicious homemade food prepared with care, with lovely vegetarian/vegan options. The vibe given off by the owner is just such a good positive energy. Loved that there was no 'forced tip' option on the debit/credit machine, but happy to donate to the big jar on the counter that also supports providing meals for those in need. I had a beautiful salad there one day; went back two days later and ordered the same but it came with slighly different ingredients that didn't fit with my dietary restrictions, so my husband ate it and I asked for a vegan soup instead, which was also yummy! Then the owner came out with a packed to-go salad for me, on the house, that she had prepared herself to be the same way I had it the first time. She said she just likes to make people feel cared for, and as customers we could definitely feel that. Also appreciated the local musicians playing guitar on both occasions. We will be back next time we are in Sechelt!
10/10 We had the chicken dill, and it was delicious. Justin was very kind, patient and informative about the soups and specials. Kindly gave my daughter an extra pickle Thank you for the lovely soup and sandwich lunch today guys
Some of the most wholesome food and people I have encountered! The split pea soup was delicious with fresh ingredients and the wrap was made to order with many options available. I left sufficiently suffonsified :
Super yummy sandwich and soup. We had chicken blt, tuna melt and Ruben Sandwich with broccoli and cheese, veggie chilli and avgolemono soup. Everything really tasted good
This was a such a surprise! Came in to find live music. Got the pizza and soup. Loved the pizza, very thin crust like a tortilla but tasty. The non alcoholic corona was terrible but the atmosphere and pizza made up for it.

Amazing meals and tons of vegan options ! And they even deliver if you're on the Sunshine Coast. We tried wraps, sandwiches, salads, and smoothies. Everything was delicious and healthy. Sechelt is very lucky to have this great place to eat :
