As a person who has a mini zoo at home there is such a wide selection of pet goods here and they carry my favorite brands! And have way more variety for treats for small pets and toys then the pet store I usually go to! Definitely worth checking out! The prices vary but some items are cheaper then other common chain stores and the staff is always really nice and helpful! I also want to say that their live pets are kept in decent sized enclosures and any time I have gone in they have fresh water food and plenty of toys for stimulation and hay if the animal requires it. My only concern would be housing pets together as I am not sure if they are gendered properly and whatnot as it doesn't take long for any animal to mate and I have had the experience of a misgendered pet and I would hope they take the precautions to ensure that they are of the same gender.
I made a mistake on their time they are open and the manager called me back to apologize turned out I made a mistake on their time she was so nice on the phone very helpful I buy my fish and their food from here always helpful and pleasant to deal with
Very experienced groomer and very clean store. Staff always so helpful. My dog is happy to come here for baths and treats.

Friendly staff, I get everything for my pet snake here ! Great prices, clean and bright store. Kid friendly , my littles love to see what pets are for adoption while we get our snake's shopping done! Close to home, they also offer nail clipping for dogs and always have fresh baked treats !
My experience today at ruff is was degrading and disrespectful to say the least I showed up at 930 to purchase fish for the aquarium I bought several days earlier for 300 dollars when I went in to buy the fish I was asked to come back in 30 mins because they were too busy to scoop the fish into a bag for me so 30 mins I returned and was asked again to come back?????? I contacted the owner was given 50 percent off for the way I was treated however 30 mins later I was contacted by the owner MARK and was told never to come back I will never give that family my hard earned money again in my life and I hope you guys will shop elsewhere too thanks derek
Super great experience at the Port Colborne store! I had the manager Megan help me find a specific product that I was having a hard time finding elsewhere. They had all of the products in stock and ready to be purchased. Megan was super knowledgable, positive, and helpful when I had a few questions about the products. I felt like more than just a "customer". I will be sure to return for all my dog's needs! Thank you Megan and staff!
Awesome selection of aquatics, aviation, and large animal care... however like most pet stores, they know little about aquariums. All other aspects are excellent. : they also have a great grooming service, however it is seldom available.
