Sharing my experience of today's lunch Overall Price 39$ Chicken 65 Good Goat curry pathetic, the pieces of mutton were hard and taste was average. Nan Ok. The prices on menu are way less that the bill amount.
We like Ruchi Restaurant! They have a great Dosa. Service is good and food was fresh although they are little short staffed but they do good job! We Ordered Dosa, Butter chicken, Poori and Mutton Sukka Overall I don’t see any problems with the place, service or deliciousness
We had placed an order for Samosa for a party and when I opened the packet at home, I found extremely oily and almost fully burnt samosas. It was too late for us to go back and buy another batch. They even forgot to give green chutney which is like a standard condiment with Indian snacks. They tasted double fried, perhaps an older unsold batch! I was sure to show it to all my guests and tell them never to go to this place!
Ordered fried rice and chicken 65 to go, fries rice is above average a little heavy on the salt, ordered level 5 spicy but taste like a 2, 65 was nothing like a 65 tasted like some curry mixed with boneless chicken.
We got lots of items starting from appetizers to deserts both veg and non-veg for my son’s birthday and we got lots of compliments from our guests. Super tasty and perfect spice level. The staff is very good Sonia, Renu they helped me with the quantity and were very flexible. Thank you Ruchi :
The recent Chicken65 Biriyani family pack orders are extreme spicy. After price increase the quality of food went down. Today very specific mentioned less spicy and still we not able to tolerate the spicy level. Its better to avoid ordering.
I went to pick-up food from Ruchi Indian Restaurant Bothell yesterday 04/28/2021 and I saw another guy complaining about cockroaches in his food. I went ahead and spoke to him and he told me that it was his son's birthday party and he had ordered food for a few folks and they found 3 cockroaches in the food. He also shared pictures with me which I have attached here. A voila moment was when we saw another cockroach on the wall when we were discussing the matter. I cancelled my order and took my business elsewhere.
I ordered veg biryani for our new year evening party. But unfortunately this became the spoil sport in front of our guest. The veg biryani is rotten and smells yakky. Very awful taste. Will not recommended and reorder from this restaurant. After having this i visited hospital for doctor appointment.
Ordered 2 biryanis today, and they smelt clearly rotten when we opened it. We opened it 30 mins after we got this as a to-go order. And then we found a rotten egg in a veg biryani. Totally disappointed. The chicken in the chicken biryani was totally stale and smelling so bad.
Food quality was poor. Kofta in the malai kofta were very hard and rubbery and close to inedible. Idlis seemed to be made from aged batter or were reheated, and had a weird smell. We had to get these things replaced with some other dish which were still okay. Still paying this much for this type of service was terrible.
