This place is very busy and with reasonable food though I personally feel that they use MSG ajinomoto extensively even in Indian dishes. It's a small restaurant with 3 tables but the amount of take-out orders seem to be phenomenal. The dishes are named very creatively and anyone with Indian roots would love to go through the menu just for the sake of nostalgia! Vegetarian options: Adequate options available. Parking: Lots of parking spots available. Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible.
Wow!!! Best Butter chicken , garlic naan, tandoori chicken and vegi samosa I have ever had in my life!!! I’ve been eating those dishes regularly for over 25 years and today this chef wowed my every taste bud. A lot of thought and care went into the preparation, everything was seasoned and cooked perfectly! Portions were generous and the value for what I paid was above and beyond! Whoever was cooking today needs a raise! My god that was good!!!
This was one of our favorite restaurants pre COVID. We tried takeout a few times in the past year. The food quality has been going downhill. Service was fine. The chicken lollipop had more batter than chicken. Noodles were cold when even as soon as we got them. Fried fish entree was the best.Dine in: NoOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: Yes
Not enough sitting arrangements, highly suggest management to give little description about dishes along with Bollywood names dishes. Mean to say it's kind of butter chicken or kadahi paneer or veggies. Food was ok, but super surprising part was they can give free rice along with each curry but charge for water. I think they can install at least water cooler to offer water along with expensive pricing menu. Management, Please think about it
One of the best samosas and worse pani puris we have eaten from Seattle area. The chicken biryani was above average.
Not been a very pleasant experince to eat here today. Will surely mention staff and Chef were very helpful and courteous and sweet but food especially chinese was very disappointing. This was our first time here and last time too. First of all the only half the restaurant is open for seating so it becomes a conjusted seating if you opt for dine in. Secondly,Looks like due to covid scenario they offer you to pick all disposables from a station as required for dine in which eventually becomes a little uncomfortable to go and keep picking as needed, though it was informed call which we took to still dine in. Thirdly and mainly the food - Few things like Pani puri shots and Samosas were really nice. We ordered Pav Bhaji which was good in taste but the color was bright orange due to food color. It did not give a good feeling to eat so much food color even when the chef assured it was a safe food color. We ordered Manchurian and A triple sizzler Chinese again - both were almost on lines of being Pathetic.Though everything was being served in disposables before this dish, but it was too much for me to digest that sizzler also wont come on a sizzler plate rather came in few different disposable boxes pic attatched All i can say is i have never been so blunt in telling so but please avoid Chinese here if possible. It was full of food color ,our lips turned orange and the taste was not nice too. I have to mention here when asked for feedback and with our negative feedback Chef came to apologise and wanted to replace or offer something else all together and he did prepare for us a Paneer Manchurian as replacement but when I tasted that too it was not much of a difference though thankfully it was minus food color. I truly appreciate the chef for taking the feedback positively and trying to improve then and there and also providing a replacement ,but I am not sure what can I say - All i know is I am not a returning customer.Best wishes to chef for being so humble and sweet. It seems they also gave us a 10% discount on bill so did everything to make sure we go happy but I dont know I felt so disappointed in food that I could not stop myself from sharing what i felt. Hoping restaurant works better on its recipes and food .All the best.
The food here was great! We got the Veggie triple fried rice and Pani Puri. The staff were very nice and helpful. The food was delicious and full of flavor. Note, there’s limited indoor seating so maybe plan on getting food to go. I’ll definitely be back here!
Edit: Extremely bad food. We were shocked at that everything was bad. We had pre scheduled the delivery for a small gathering and they spoilt it for us. Everything was raw and reeked of cold oil. We tried eating the appetizers but even those appeared like they had heated up from previous day. Won’t respond to our call doordash which led to us posting this review. We made a final attempt to call them since DD failed, and we were able to talk to the owner. She explained how doordash can be delayed and food goes bad that can happen agreed but doordash does not send raw food. I’ve posted a photos of the Hakka noodles that were raw with raw vegetables in cold oil. Yuck. Since things happen, we decided to give them another chance when she Suhani offered us a lunch/dinner. 2 days post call, we placed an order and went over to pick up. We mentioned her name to the manager and were immediately refused stating ‘we wrote the review and it’s bad for business’. She called Suhani and apparently that’s what she was asked to say this whole drama happened right before us. That was enough for us to understand what the intention was and we refused the food and left. The owner called me asking me why we left and that when I explained how we were insulted when we went to pick up she asked us why we posted the review and that we cannot get ‘free food’. I lost my cool and immediately snapped. These people have absolutely no respect and ethics. Nobody wants their ‘free food’. It was after you offered to make up for the mistake that we decided to go in. Such attitude and decisions and treatment of customers won’t take you far.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The food here is exactly like what we get in India!! Its been 7 years in the US and I never-ever tasted something that is as exact as they cook in India! I was stunned to taste the Indo-Chinese which was a complete reminiscence of the spice, taste, schezwan sauce, freshness in food quality, etc. We ate both Veg and Non-Veg items and surprisingly everything was fabulous. The order was quickly served and the owner made sure that the order met our expectations. Definitely visiting this place again and again. Good job team Fusion India. :
Truly delicious Indian and Indo-Chinese food. Their menu is gigantic with plenty of meat and veg options. I highly recommend getting your order to go, at least during cold weather, as the dining area is currently only 3 tables large but they appear to be expanding. Portion sizes are large and packed with flavor and a variety of ingredients and they're light on the cilantro which is a huge plus for us white people with the dreaded cilantro soap gene! . My only complaint is that the menu seems to assume you're already familiar with many of the foods, which only gets more confusing when some of the dishes are named after Indian movies and songs with no ingredients listed so you can't Google them either. With a better quality menu this place is an easy 5 even for newcomers to Indian cuisine. Vegetarian options: As an Indian restaurant most of the menu is vegetarian.
