On the way back from Chilliwack so needed to kill time before had to pick up our daughter at work. Was craving for Thai foods and this place had really good reviews and close to her work place, perfect give them a try! Didn't disappointed me at all. Their didn't had what I wanted to try but they had something else that so delicious instead was dry beef with sticky rice, so goooood! Papaya salad also delicious, Thai style which normally my stepdaughter didn't like it but she liked this one a lot. Spring rolls were so good too, my babies love it. We all happy with our foods we tried so far. See you again!
Great food! We wanted something for dinner and saw this place had a good rating so we thought to give it a try. We went without expecting anything. We had green curry and Penang curry. One of the best tasting curry we’ve had. Also order Thai iced tea. Delicious, rich, creamy. The price is reasonable too. Definitely coming back.
Very authentic Thai food. Really homely environment and great staff. They took our spice levels and customization seriously and delivered. Definitely made a repeat customer of us.
Really nice Thai food accessible in cloverdale dt, back entrance but not sketchy, lots of parking if driving. Food is great, only slight disappointment was no mango sticky rice for dessert. We got lettuce wraps and pad Thai and was damn good. Highly recommend
This is a great little Thai restaurant in Cloverdale! I’m a fan of their pad thai and massaman curry - so good! The staff is always friendly and their restaurant has a nice and quiet atmosphere. Many locals go here and it’s because their food and service is consistent. If you want to order for takeout, their food also travels well and that’s a good bonus. Definitely give this a try. I always have a good meal here.
What a lovely treat it was to have lunch there today. The decor makes you feel like you could be at someone's dining room at home. The service is attentive, the food delicious, fresh beautiful and arrived in a flash. We were hungry and it looked so good I forgot to take pictures! I had the Thai iced tea and it was delicious. Had the red curry with pork and a noodle dish with prawns. Can't wait to come back and try more dishes. Vegetarian options: Love that you can choose your protein for many of the dishes Kid-friendliness: Nicely upholstered booths with wide seats make sitting with little people a breeze. Parking: Arrived just before noon and found parking both on the street and in their lot
This is an great little authentic Thai restaurant that's in an odd spot. The food is cooked well and has great flavour. We had pad Thai with pork, yellow curry with chicken and pineapple fried rice with beef. All tasted very good. One negative is we found portions were on the small side.Food: 4/5
Me and my friend visited this place last week and absolutely loved the food. The spice levels were explained well to us and we took 'hot' instead of 'thai hot' and it was perfect for our south Indian palette. The flavours were so fresh and delicious just like how you expect thai food to be. Will be visiting again soon, please don't increase the price though, thanks :
The food is good. I ordered for a work dinner as I like the food and the prices were in my budget. I had looked online at the prices and just the day before brought in my order and grabbed their flyer to double check the prices. I was shocked when I came to pick up the food and each item was priced higher than advertised! I tried to talk to the manager to get them to do the right thing and charge me the advertised price but was told the manager was too busy. I wasn’t impressed by the lack of them trying to correct this mistake. I was told the brochure was outdated. Then why were they in the rack right by the till? I’d definitely be thinking twice before deciding to return. Left a sour taste in my mouth for sure. I had a large order too.
Amazing green curry chicken, really hit the spot, great flavour, lots bamboo shoots but a bit lacking for chicken & egg plant. Thai Away Home still #1 in my books. No Amex.
