I’ve ordered from here many times and enjoyed it previously. Recently it seems to be a gamble when you order and staff is very rude. I’ve been ordering from here for many years but as of today...NEVER again!. They treat and talk to loyal customers like any other Joe and do not care. Terrible

Horrendous customer service. Ordered combination platter chicken fried rice, garlic spare ribs, and sweet & sour chicken balls including egg roll. Very flimsy tray. Deceiving portion. Distasteful spare ribs. Missing egg roll and plum sauce which were finally given after much doubt... never again.

Best American style Chinese food in Ottawa! The chicken balls, garlic spare ribs, fried rice and egg rolls are all amazing. The service is good too, they can take your order over the phone in less than a min.

Always friendly staff and the best egg rolls I've ever tasted. We often choose Singapore noodles and vegetable stir fry. Very generous portions, good quality food and prompt service. Highly recommend!

Food is good. Customer service is awful. I was making a simple order not being complicated whatsoever and they practically lost it over the phone. They do not treat customers well whatsoever
