Taylor and Rich are such wonderful assets to the community with the training they provide. They work hard to help clients achieve their goals, focusing on safe practice while encouraging others to improve and succeed. Both individual and group sessions are fun, challenging and diverse. From a healthcare practitioner perspective, I love seeing people out in the community wearing RTHealth shirts - knowing they are being trained well and working towards better health and wellness.

Very nice folk! They know what they are doing and they enjoy doing it! Great if you're an athlete and looking to improve you game. I became a better player after working with both Taylor and Rich. I've been to several gym's and PT's in the past and this is by far the best experience. I drive from toronto to go to them.

Rich and Taylor are the bomb ! Genuine people who genuinely want to help each and every person who comes in the door. Do yourself self a favor and skip the impersonal gyms and large group classes where you don't get the attention you need. Been there done that, this is what you need.
