The Staff here are excellent and very friendly! I've been to a few gyms in the Fergus/Guelph area and I can say that it's nice to finally have a gym where I can go on a regular basis 'anytime' and not have it be completely overcrowded. The bathrooms are very clean and the equipment is highly maintained. I love going here! 10/10 would highly recommend!

I signed up for a seven day trail, went to work out at 12:30 and there's a sign saying the staff won't be back till 3:30, and since I don't have a fob I had to just go home. Why is this place unstaffed during the day? Seems odd.
