Was looking for a setting for my engagement ring. We had the centre diamond already, a beautiful brown diamond. I happened upon Royalty Goldsmiths custom section online and found a setting I loved. We went into the store and spoke with Jon who helped us through the whole process of ordering my setting and having my centre stone set once my custom setting arrived. The whole experience was wonderful and I adore my engagement ring. It's absolutely stunning! I highly recommend this jewelry store.

Had a custom wedding band made here. They sat us down for an appointment, and made a virtual preview of the ring. We also had the option to have a silicone mold of the ring made to ensure it was what we wanted. The staff spend a great deal of time listening to what kind of ring I wanted and ensuring it was perfect. Staff were very friendly and attentive!

Bought a silver chain at same time I brought one for them to fix. They decided to fix chain at no cost and were very helpful with figuring out watch I could pick up and were to work. Good folks there.
