Royal Paan

The worst experience i ever had for Vadapav from Royal Paan Hurantario.Placed order at Brampton and drove 2hrs. First of all they made vada from RICE as we all can see the picture. I called them around 1am to share this experience and representative told- why are you calling so late as order was placed at 10:39pm. -which is non of their business. They claimed :1.making vada of Potato only. So potato converted into rice as per their statements because we ate after 2hrs. 2.It smelled so bad because we didn’t eat it fresh again they claimed .The representative herself was very rude, no customer service at all. Their supervisor himself accepted he makes vada of vadapav.nI would like to request you guys please do not play with someone’s health. Its very bad gesture.nSHOW SOME HUMANITY. Not Only business

It’s my go to place to have Indian fast food as they serve delicious food. Their vada pav and dahi puri is must try. Falooda is awesome too. They serve Indian paan if anyone wants to try out. The restaurant is always busy so they waiting time is more. If you are having late night cravings then they are open until 3am on weekends. Their customer service is amazing. Would definitely recommend to check out this restaurant.

I ordered noodle burger with aloo patty, it’s burnt and stale. The patty is literally tasting so bitter. The Noodles were smelling so bad. If you don’t feel like cooking then just shut the store down, why are you wasting people’s money? Moreover, you are risking people’s health too. Either improve the quality or change your staff.

Big disappointment for golgappe, don't try there wastage of money. Royal falooda was good so far. Big no for golgappe
