As a first time home buyer, I found this team of realtors to be very judgemental which came across as offensive when speaking about a home buying budget. I had to pretty well beg them to take me to a home they did not want to show me it was a fixer upper and the realtor was on their phone a lot. Instead of educating and uplifting us about what to look for as a new home buyer- we felt looked down upon and uncomfortable with this team. They were not very personable at all. We have since gone through another realtor and found our dream home.
