We loved working with Ray! Ray helped us buy a home in Olds, while we were still in BC. We were impressed with his clear communication and dedication. We also really appreciated his building background, as it gave us some insight on the cost of things for the fixer-uppers we were seeking. His suggestions were solid, he listened to our needs and responded thoughtfully. By the end of our house-buying journey, we absolutely adored Ray and still call him for advice on things. As a Woman, I can also say I appreciated that that didn’t matter. He was respectful, spoke to both my husband and I and would respond thoughtfully no matter who asked the question. We were very happy with our experience and appreciated his local knowledge and connections. We used all his recommendations and felt comfortable giving our full trust to him.
We had the pleasure of working with Ray Cavin and Rick Cowling while we sold our house and as we found our new home. They were very knowledgeable about the market and helped us set realistic goals and expectations. The process of looking for our home became fun and exciting. We really appreciated how great they were at communicating with us. They listened, checked in with us and gave us lots of information. As things started moving they did a fantastic job of preparing us for each step, each document, and decision so we never felt surprised or overwhelmed by any of it. We made the biggest financial decisions of our lives with them and did it with confidence and laughter. They honestly made it feel like they measured their success by our happiness.
I absolutely loved working with Annalise! She helped me so much with my purchase in Calgary. Moving from the East coast to the West and not viewing the property in person can be a bit challenging but Annalise eased my worries and went above and beyond to make this such a smooth transaction and transition! I couldn't be more grateful and I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to purchase. She was knowledgeable, honest, great communication and always easily accessible. Having never been to Calgary before, I was taking a huge leap but Annalise made it all feel so easy. I felt so comfortable working with her. She even greeted me at the airport! I've worked with a few real estate agents in the past and she is truly one of the best!

My partner and I met Nick Nicholas Martens when we were viewing a home in Didsbury. He was representing the seller, and though he couldn’t represent us as well due to conflict of interest, he gave me his card which I thankfully held onto. We didn’t end up buying that property, but when we found a similar listing I pulled his card out and shot him a text. Couldn’t have made a better decision. Right from the get go, Nick was super on the ball. He always answered my calls and texts, or called me back right away if I missed him. He was patient and understanding since it was our first time buying a home, and he never had a problem explaining things even multiples times if we needed/were confused. He’s also just a total sweetheart. We found out today that we are officially buying the house, and Nick definitely made it all happen!! He’s amazing, 10/10 recommend him and we’ll be using him again when we eventually sell this home and upgrade to a bigger one. Thank you, Nick! You’re the best!
We worked with Nicholas Martens of Coldwell Banker Vision Realty to make the very big move from Ontario to Didsbury Alberta. Nicholas was amazing through the whole process. We found him very thorough when virtually going through homes with us, he's very personable knows his job well and really made finding our new home enjoyable once we met him on the Alberta side he made sure everything went smoothly with the purchase of our new home. Ray Cavin helped me sell my Mom's house in Olds recently. I asked around before choosing an agent and Ray's name came up a few times. Now I know why. This guy is terrific. I could not imagine a better real estate agent. He knows the market, he knows the process, he has the contacts for everything you could need for a house sale and he's all about making the process easy for his client. My Mom's house sold quickly and for what we asked. I couldn't ask for more.
RAY’S THE BEST! Ray Cavin from the Olds,AB office was our agent. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in our search for a home in his area. He was very patient and kind working with our specific needs. In addition to his professionalism he had a much needed great sense of humour! I know Ray Cavin for about 8 years. First, he helped me buying a wonderful house in Olds, Alberta. Six months ago, I decided to move to Red deer and it was a pleasure again to choose Ray Cavin to be my real estate agent.
