I wouldn’t hire this firm to sell an outhouse for me. In my opinion, the term “Professional” need not apply. The listing realtor and broker for a recently closed sale, at best… Did not fulfil “Professional”. My elderly mom did everything right. Three weeks later now and a lawyer still haunts us due to the incompetence of the listing realtor. Four weeks later now and not even a “Thank-you” for the $19,000 paid. “Professional?” Not, In my opinion. As far as talking to me, your response was "there is nothing to talk about", several times over, so "No" we didn't talk, you "refused" to meet with me. Contract law supersedes "your rendition" of how the sellers realtor acted. Quit making excuses, apologize for both your realtor and your actions and move on, we have.
