Nice older  building. Solid concrete building. Managed by a great lady

Pros: 
● Concrete building (quiet, not a bonfire waiting to happen)
● Fantastic view on the north side
● Surrounded by parks
● Very short walk to many services 
● Our apartment was clean and renovated
● Hydronic heating (no dust!)
● Ok parking. Free parking on nearby street

Cons:
● Smokers! The elevator reeks
● Red Deer has a major crime & drug problem. Druggies all over the streets surrounding the building
