We would like to thanks 3 fabulous employees Ray, Jessika and Yvonne for their team work. They went above and beyond their job description. After purchasing an electric bike, these employees had to make a strong box so we able to ship it by Purolator. It was not an easy task but they did it with a smile. I feel it deserves recognition
Placed an order Sept 24th for a helmet and a face shield. Was told it would take 3-5 business days to ship. After 2 weeks of not receiving a shipping confirmation email, I sent them a message asking what was going on with my order. I was originally told they had been backlogged with orders because of their HST sale and it would take an extra 3 business days understandable. A week after that, I was told it was because they switched over to a new computer system and a month after not receiving my helmet and numerous back and forth emails, I was then told that they had no idea where my order was. Finally my helmet was located and it was shipped to me. However, the face shield was not. Again... After numerous emails sent, many of which was not responded to, and 2 months after I placed my order, I checked my bank account and saw that they refunded my money for the face shield. No email, no phone call and now no order. Customer service was a nightmare to deal with. I've spent a lot of money at Royal, but never again. I ended up ordering my face shield from Fortnine
Great place for finding Fox gear for mountain biking. The prices are the same as the official Fox website.
Ordered a helmet, some gloves and snap ring pliers- everything was shipped inside the helmet box. As a result part of the helmet visor bracket had broken and it was returned for replacement. Hadn’t heard anything in a month so I called to follow up and was told their department was backlogged. Waited another 2 weeks and still hadn’t heard anything so I followed up again. This time I was told there was something wrong with the way it was done in their system and they would call me to keep me posted. Waited a week and still no response so I called again to follow up and was told I’d get a call back regarding the status of it. Have still not heard anything back. Will be weary about ordering from them in the future. Edit: got in touch with Brock at Royal and he was great, rectified my issue in no time!
Went to pick up a new FXR suit , boots and gloves for the girlfriend and Sarah could not do enough for us. Knowledgeable, knew where everything was , found exactly what we wanted , she is a valuable asset to your team . Thank you Sarah and Royal Distributing . Dave and Angie Sent from my iPhone

Made a purchase at the Sudbury location today and was pleasantly surprised at the excellent customer service especially by Danny at the parts desk. Service like that is getting harder to find these days
Well on my way to make a return on the wrong part suprise suprise called looking for another part was assured they had it in stock would not put it aside for me then I get there and low and behold none in stock online from now on

I have always had positive experiences and it is hard to find another local powersports retailer that comes even close to stocking as many items as Royal Distributing does. Aside from that, they offer quick and free shipping right to your door if you don't have time to go to one of their retail stores in person.
