H&R Block

I’ve been coming here for 3 years. Never had any issues whatsoever.Courteous friendly professional service every time. I used to use those do it yourself tax programs for your computer but they missed things and screwed up my taxes! At least with these guys,it appears that I’m getting all my deductions done right and what’s better than a refund within an hour? Plus: they take responsibility if there’s an error , if you get audited they help you.

Damn... these negative reviews are some real winners. I’ve been going here for years. In and out, no issues, I don’t think about taxes ever. 100 bucks and I’m back to my awesome life.

Horrible experience. Haven’t done my taxes in 10 years. Called in 2 weeks before visit and got told the price was $80/y if it was more than $200 refund. Free if it was less. No prices were disclosed upon arrival, left my taxes. “Pay with refund” poster up, got told that I can do that. 2 days later I get told it’s done. So I come in and get told it’s $80/y if I pay now, but if I pay with refund, it’s $100/y. Nobody said $100/y. Feeling extremely ripped off...

Worse service ever, they rip you off with their charges, why not filling tax return online, it's free, secure and reliable, Otherwise they make funny money out of you.

I have been working with my tax preparer at H&R Block for over 4 years and I have always received an excellent support. Her responses are quick and precise.
