Full disclosure: I have had no interaction with this firm aside from a distasteful ad they placed in my Facebook feed.  See the attached photo.  Sums up personal injury attorneys perfectly in my mind.  There are legitimate cases out there to be sure, but to TARGET parks and places that provide opportunities for outdoor recreation...that is a new low.  These organizations are terrified of their exposure to liability and as a result they have to baby-proof and limit their offerings.  Firms like this are why.  I would recommend that you think about choosing a law firm that would put outdoor recreation providers in their crosshairs.  Ethics...
