Chris Evans has to be the worst lawyer I have ever meet he maid quiet a few mistakes, he is arrogant. We has to pay lawyer fee twice for the same house because he rushed us  the first time sayung he need the payment the next day, with out the searches being finished on the seller so the house sale did not go thru but he still took his payment. The only reason we went back because he said if it is after a year we would only have to pay the search fee well he lied of course and I argued with him about it and he just talked down to me. He maid my first time buying a house experience terrible.
