Best place to rent cars in Ottawa. I loved the jeep I rented from Routes. Customer service is amazing and sameer was very helpful.
Excellent service with unbeatable price. It's over 4 months I had rented. Every time I visit is a great experience, be it Routes staff or the manager Priya. All have same customer friendly attitude. Keep it up team, sure I will be back with my referrals too!! 5 stars!!
Renting the Jeep from routes car rental has been a great experience. The staff are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. If you need a rental, this is the best place to be for service and daily rates.
Priya has been providing exceptional service to me for 3 years. She is my go-to when ever I need a rental, whether it is for daily use or weekly. The prices could not be beat and she always provides me with the vehicle that I prefer. I highly recommend Routes Car Rental!
Extremely bad customer service. Only way to contact them is only via email as well. If you ever thinking of renting from Routes, make sure you’ll never have to deal with customer service to discuss an issue or get info; because, that’s not gonna happen.
I rent a vehicle every other weekend. Great staff, clean cars, always willing to accommodate even when they are extremely busy. Priya and the team always make sure every customer is satisfied not to mention their prices are unbeatable! Thanks guys!
