This customer service don't deserve even half star,they lie, they rob money, they are insolent. Never back again to Gloster one. I prefer drive 25 min to Chetelham.
Easy rentals. Post code will take you to another place. For me it took me to NHS covid test centre.
Friendly and reliable service. I've used both the car and rental services many times over the years with never a problem. The staff at the Gloucester branch bent over backwards to sort out a suitable car after a nasty car accident. Nothing was too much trouble and they sorted out the paperwork quickly with and for the insurers. They even picked us up and dropped us at home.
Booked a van for collection at 9:30am, but the van was still not ready until 10:00am as they were cleaning it. Even if we’ve done the ready pass, so everything had to be set for the collection day, we still spent over 25 minutes with paperwork which I don’t know if it was because they were trying to keep us busy while we are waiting for the van or what for. Wouldn’t recommend it especially if you have a set schedule or you like to be organised. Not professional.
Unbelievable service from Lucy and Ella friendly and efficient we were visiting from South Africa needed a car for 4 weeks and so glad i came to Bristol road branch in Gloucester thanks once again girls you were great
Great prices, good service. My only issue was I filled out details online for quick checkout yet it still took 20 minutes to get my vehicle. Moreover, even after picking up my vehicle an hour later because they couldnt prepare it on time, at no point was I offered to bring back the vehicle an hour late.
Super efficient service! Very keen, helpful and friendly staff. Everything was handled electronically with no physical paperwork. Matt explained everything about the van we were hiring - including details of additional insurances, damage, and fair wear and tear. Van was clean, in excellent condition, and virtually brand new with under 5000 miles on the clock. Definitely will be going back next time I need a van for a weekend.
Went to make a car exchange here with a hire car from another branch. I was asked what time I was coming, the information was given. Now whether the information was passed on or not is irrelevant really as when arrived the car was indeed there but was "clean" on the inside but absolutely filthy on the outside, and got the feeling that was how it was going out. Needless to say we complained and it was taken round the back and washed, very poorly with just a jet washer so was smeary all over and dried dirt on there still. All whilst having to wait when having travelled and come out of work for the exchange. The inside had been cleaned but the bare minimum, lots of dog hair everywhere still and sticky surfaces where it is just I'm assuming here, sprayed with disinfectant and wiped over. The dash is so smeared that I can't even wipe it with my finger it will need some sort of chemical to get it off. Drive off and the car has a message that the oil change is due now. So shouldn't even be hired out either as the service is obviously due. I've had some good cars from Enterprise but also on the other end had some shocking cars with faults and filthy. New cars have all sorts of sensors so to pick them up or be delivered filthy is a bit of a joke. Oh and I made sure I returned my car with a full tank of fuel, only to drive off with this one with only half a tank.
I recently hire a Luton van for a house move which I could not fault the van was perfect for the job, when I received the van there was 109 miles left till empty so when I returned the van I put 15 pounds of fuel in when I returned the van there was 109 miles left till empty but they still charges me 18 pounds of fuel asked the gentleman why and he said I don't know its all done electronically, wouod I use this company again definitely not
Hired luton van to move house. There was a problem with the van that should have been picked up when it was checked over but someone was out to me within an hour to fix the issue. Great customer service
