Dr. Yucedal is the best dentist I have ever been to. She is highly skilled, and does beautiful temporary and permanent caps. I came out with my bite perfect the first time. She takes every effort to keep you pain free and comfortable. I was never able to relax in a dentist’s chair until I found this practice. She and her staff are consistent with her culture of good care and patient comfort. They are the best!
have always had a real phobia of going to the dentist from childhood. When I needed immediate dental care I went to Aspen Dental who ruined my mouth by extracting teeth. I was in need of a dentist this year as I needed some extensive work to be done. That’s when I found Dr Selma! Best experience of dental work I have ever had. I was extremely nervous the first appointment but she and her staff made me feel so comfortable. Dr Selma is the best; she’s personable and so easy to talk to that I’ve never been nervous to go back for appointments. Our son is getting married and I so badly needed my smile back. I had pretty extensive work done on the many appointments and she was so understanding that I needed my partials in time for it. She was so dedicated to me she was going to drive to the lab in Utica to pick up my partials if they weren’t sent back to her practice in time for the wedding! I’m wearing my partials, they are so comfortable because Dr Selma is meticulous in her practice and I’m ready to smile comfortably this Saturday for the wedding! Best dentist EVER!
Got two crowns done within the last month. Dr. Yucedal was gentle, quick and professional. Not anxious to get dental work done anymore! Dental hygienist's there have done excellent teeth cleanings too. I highly recommend Rotterdam Dental Arts.
This place is a scam, and when you call them on it they refuse to treat you, I wanted caps put on my front teeth, they refused and recommended some other type of cap, the first one lasted 2 months, so back again and another $100 out of pocket, this one falls off while brushing my teeth in less then 3 weeks, so I call and they refuse to fix it, they want me to get dentures on the upper, I call 9 days. Later to make an appointment for the extractions to get the dentures and all of a sudden, they don’t do dentures, my insurance company and NY State Health and BBB, will be notified, also the receptionist is very rude
Well I have to tell the world, nicest people work at this dentist office. It is an atmosphere where people enjoy the job. I am absolutely scared of dentists, this dentist did an awesome job, not hurting me and making my experience absolutely fabulous.
We are very lucky to have found Dr. Yucedal for our dental needs. I've been especially impressed with some crowns she has made; excellent workmanship, in a single visit, with very reasonable prices. Her hygienist, receptionist, and assistants are great as well - I strongly recommend the practice to anyone in the Schenectady area who needs a general dentist.
Hands down best dentist and staff around. Lisa at the front desk is very very helpful and knowledgeable regarding dental insurance and billing. Hygienists are so professional and make you feel comfortable. And Dr. Yucedal is the absolute BEST. She takes the fear out of going to the dentist, caring, and very precise and thorough with the work she does. I hope she stays in the area for a long time because I would never go to another dentist.

I called Rotterdam Dental Arts with an emergency dental issue. I was seen within an hour. I wasn’t a current patient at the time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They truly care about their patients. Dr. Yucedal was wonderful! She was willing to squeeze me in the following day for the procedure because she did not want me to go all weekend without being treated. I will definitely keep going to this practice and I am so thankful for all they did to help me. Thank you to all the staff at Rotterdam Dental Arts!
My first experience with this Rotterdam Dental arts was the best I have ever had in any medical field. I had a very painful cavity and everyone from the receptionist, dental assistants and dentist were fast professional attentive. I can not speak highly enough of the entire experience. 10/10 would recommend if you live in Schenectady county you should be going here. If you are looking for a dentist go to Rotterdam Dental Arts you won’t regret it.
