Dynamic Dental Services

My kids and I go to this office. It is clean, very professional and a polite office. Easy appointments, and adjustable scheduling. Great "chairside manner". The doctor gave me options and did not pressure anything on me. Very GREAT with KIDS and ADULTS. I normally don't like the dentist but this office eased my fears. I would recommend this office.

Front desk lady that picks up the phone located in Troy is very disrespectful and rude and she hangs up the phone on her customers when they’re asking simply what is your name and what is the doctor’s name. She told me on the phone that in order for me to schedule my appointment I need to have my x-rays sent to them. so I went thru a big process to get my x-rays sent to them and After that I was trying to schedule my appointment (as the lady explained to me) and now she’s telling me that both doctors declined to give me my mold because I won’t be returning to their office on a regular basis. I am done with everything I need to have done with my mouth all fillings and everything I needed was already complete all I needed last was a mold. But there not going to give me that mold because I’m not going to be bringing them money monthly. Very stingy and grimy people. Would not recommend going to them if you want to be treated as you should. Will be going to the better bussines bureau

I went there for a cleaning and fillings and the staff and doctor were very polite. All the questions I had were answered and the cleaning and fillings were done so nicely and in a timely manner. I would definitely go back and refer people to this office.

Didn't even think it was in business. Needed dental work and was told they needed to give me another appointment because they had no sterile equipment. AWFUL. NEVER RETURNING

Best dental office every. I don't know about you but they did white filling on me without any extra charges
