I called rotor rooter and told them that I think something was caught down in the drain of our toilets ,wasn't sure what it was but they werent flushing properly so may need to be snaked.I don't know exactly what we need. They said they are sending a plumber out and he will be there shortly. When the plumber arrived he looked at things snaked the toilet and said what you need is a new tank. The filing tube is too short and not allowing the water to come in like it should. He said sometimes the toilets and tanks go bad, I said OK ,went to Perry's electric tried to get a new tank didn't know if it would fit -Waited 25 minutes for the plumber to stop at Perry's in between his next job- To make sure the tank would fit our toilet.. Took it home it did not fit!! Took the tank back the next day called the plumber said I was really angry that he didn't pick the right tank and then got a new fill tube for the original tank- Still doesn't work right!! Then plumber says pour a 5 gallon bucket of water down the toilet and flush it and see if it works better and if it does then you're gonna need a whole new toilet... So I am still without a working toilet since it is the weekend again and now I have a $89 .50 bill He charged me for an hour he was there a 1/2 hour and then I waited for him for almost a 1/2 hour Perry's- I should call it even ..I have to find a"real" plumber to come out!!!

Neighbors Redwood roots invading. Multiple root augers, flooded basement, had clean out installed. Every worker said roots go down seams seeking water. Had to excavate driveway due to massive root ball and replace pipe. Cost thousands. After informing neighbor Redwood roots to blame, they called rotorooter multiple times per day. Wanted dna testing for proof. And then rotorooter SENT THEM A LETTER STATING THE EXCAVATION WAS DUE TO BAD PIPE. The letter was used against us in court . must be from the rhody 40 ft away. That letter has ruined my family's life.

This was my 2nd experience with this company and I must say how my expectations were exceeded! Anytime a household needs this kind of professional services we count the minutes till they come to fix that problem! Not only did I hear from the service man quickly, he was very experienced in the type of house and city area pipes we have!( Very old house) Problem was fixed promptly and with courtesy. I will call this company anytime a situation arises. Highly recommend!

The team at Roto-Rooter in Coos Bay was exceptional in figuring out a major sewer pipe issue then fixing it in a very timely and cost conscious way. The service was friendly and professional. They made our week!
