UPDATE: Got an estimate one week ago still awaiting an emailed response. Not acceptable. 

Now today, after leaving a voice mail last not in regards to their lack of correspondence, they have decided not to embark on the business we can offer them. By the way, it was a $2-3,000 preliminary estimate. We said ok and we have found a fabulous plumber. They showed up on time. Gave us options and bill you with a 30 payment arrangements. I would like to give the name of the company but fear this company is too incompetent and will sabotage our agreement. A to Z is not my recommendation.
