I recently I had a clogged drain that required a snake. I was booked in at 4 pm on a Friday, without telling me this could lead to an overtime rate. I received a bill for $275 for nothing more than running a snake down a pipe. No details on the bill, including time in and out and rate.

Had Roto-Rooter in my store a couple times and they did a fantastic job. Work was done professionally and everything was clean and tidy when the work was finished .
