Kalen showed up late in the evening to clear our backed up sewer line. It took him just over half an hour and all the plumbing was draining again. Very friendly, helpful and informative. He also inspected the shower drain without charge, and no overtime charges :)

I recently had a clients who's toilet gave out while we were doing a contract and I knew about Mr. Rooters great service so had the client give them a call. In a very short time the workers were out and had a new toilet in place with such professional service that the client couldn't thank me enough for the referral. I now refer Mr. Rooter to anyone I know that has plumbing and heating issues.

Great experience! Daryl was an excellent technician and looked over the scope of work, provided an estimate on the spot and stuck to it despite doing some reworking of the lines. If one is looking for a professional job and peace of mind to know the job will be done properly I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

Had a very broken water heater. Karen came in and did a great job, explained everything and made sure I was happy and understood everything. I will continue to use them all the time.
