Unsatisfied by work performed and management response! I paid $325 for 2 toilets to be repaired on a Friday, unrelated to any plumbing work (which their call center said they do, but when they showed up, they stated that they don't do). The day after that repair, the toilet was leaking, again. I called first thing on Saturday to ensure we could get somebody back out right away and even suggested that due to it being the weekend, we could wait until Monday AM, if that was just easiest. I was assured by the man on call Saturday that I would be first in the morning and that the person would leave at 8:10am to be out to us by 9am. That did not happen, so we called to follow up. Finally, when someone arrived, he explained that the water valve is now leaking (which wasn't before) and that they don't fix that kind of work. I explained that since the leak is a direct result of their work, since it was fine before their other fixes, that it seems like they should fix it back to the way it was functioning prior to them working with it. A manager had to call me to re-confirm that, but stated that I could pay for them to have a plumber come out to fix what they broke. Unreal. Needless to say, I will not be using or recommending them, again.

Crazy price structure for no plumbing experience. Should have done the five minute job myself at a tenth of the cost even with purchase of a snake. Never again will I use there services, and I will make sure to let everyone I know there lack of plumbing skills and cost associated.
