One morning my septic tank alert alarm sounded. I knew my day just got complicated. I called Kons Septic Service and within a couple of hours I heard their truck backing down my driveway. I then saw a pickup truck close behind. It was Dave the owner of Kons. Dave assessed the problem and told me that the pump was bad. He and his helper cleaned both tanks and replaced the pump which he had with him. In no time, my septic system was working great. Dave also checked to see if the rest of the system was in good working order. He then explained how I can keep my system running trouble-free. He’s very knowledgeable and willing to educate his customers. The service was great and the cost was reasonable. I am very satisfied with Kons!

This was our first year needing to service our septic tank. Kon's pumping was professional, timely, friendly and really informative. They will be our go-to from here on out.

To anyone seeking septic/sewage services we cannot recommend Kons enough, they were absolutely fantastic!!  Long story short, we were seriously struggling with a sewer smell in the house that was cyclical in nature and did not follow any particular pattern. It went on for years!!  The smell would sometimes become so potent that it would wake us out of a sound sleep.  We paid various contractors thousands of dollars, replacing pipes, water heaters, clean vents etc, etc.  Finally we contacted American Leak Detection who narrowed the possibilities and then Dave Kons came to the house.  Within 45 min, Dave discovered the problem which was highly complex and according to him he has never seen before with all of his years in the business.  Dave had the matter resolved within 48hrs, including bringing a front end loader to dig up the pipe causing the problem. Long story short, OUR HOUSE SMELLS WONDERFUL for the first time in two years!!  We cannot thank Dave and Kons enough or make a more heartfelt recommendation for their services!

I had another septic service come out when our tank backed up, they told us the pipe needs to be replaced and it would be $1500-3000. Dave came out ran the drain cleaner down the pipe and said your good all for under $200. He said if I can't get the cleaner through the pipe then you have to dig it up and replace it. Extremely honest, will educate you on how the septic works. Great to deal with!!!

The owner came to service our septic tank and was a tremendous help. He was SO thorough and a wealth of information. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
