Rotisserie Italienne

Strike one, the guy behind the counter was beyond rude. No problem, he could have been having a bad day. We all do! Strike two the table was sticky; asked to have it cleaned and was presented with a rag. I get the no wait staff but to be my own busboy, yeah...no. Strike three, the cannelloni was so under-cooked, it was hard. I asked for another plate and was refused and they still made me pay full price. NEVER AGAIN ... I gave it one star but, that's just me being generous.

Where : Rotisserie Italienne What : Spaghetti and meatballs & Tortellini with Alfredo sauce How was it : We were eyeing the restaurant across the street just before ordering, let's just say we should have made a run for it. We felt bad because we had already sat down. What seemed to be a regular there told us that everything on the menu is good but his favourite wasn't on the menu Fettuccini Gigi. We decided to stay, thinking the decor was out of style but maybe the food will all be worth it. Service : We thought it was strange that we had to get up from our table to order at the front counter and to pick up our food. Food : Perhaps their better days are behind them, but they still seem to bask in the glory with the hall of fame at the entrance. We could have cooked at home or chosen another restaurant. Now we know. Rating : Eli 2, Serge 2 Recommend : not really
