I was concerned about my gaming laptop fan but Mike and Andrew pulled it off just in time before the holidays. These guys are pros and deserve your business. Mike also picks up the call right away unlike other businesses in the area.
My 2010 Macbook Pro stopped working on me about 2ish years ago, and had been sitting in a drawer ever since. I really didn't want to shell out the money to get a new one so I brought it to Andrew to see what he could do. I thought it was toast but he told me right away that it was totally salvageable and gave me my options on how to repair. Brought it in on Tuesday morning, and by Wednesday night they had ordered the parts, repaired it and had it ready for me to pick up. My Macbook seems to be running faster than it did back in 2010 when it was brand new! I basically have a brand new computer, and they saved me a huge cost of purchasing new. Thanks to Mark and Andrew for the speedy repair and reasonable cost.
You can trust this place. I called them for a quote to repair an older phone and they advised me it would be cheaper to purchase a bit of an upgrade from eBay instead. Even helped me pick one out. Super helpful! Much appreciated.
Had some computer repairs done for work. I have to be honest, when they told me everything was fixed and all I had to do was plug it back in I was skeptical. But I literally plugged the machine back in and it connected to everything with no issues. Wonderful service! Couldn't be happier. I got my iphone 6s screen repaired with this company during a month stay in Canada, everything went fine but once I returned home the touch screen stopped working and upon taking it to a repair shop back in Sydney I discovered the LCD had been damaged. After a few back and forth messages with them during which they repeatedly told me I was being scammed when I was charged $190 for the exact same service which I paid $230 + tax for with their business they banned me from their facebook which is their main point of contact and effectively blocked me out from communicating with them. I guess out of sight out of mind is their motto when it comes to poor customer service. To top it off they claim to be apple certified on their facebook display picture but are not.
Mark and Andrew are my go-to guys for tech help. Even remotely I live in Saskatchewan they are able to diagnose and repair my issues. When your computer is your lifeline - and it acts up - there is no worry if Mark and Andrew are on it! Thanks guys!
Andrew - the young tech - took the time to explain things and show me procedures. Despite my initial disbelief, he proved to me that he was not only correct but that he would be able to fix it. "Doesn't sound that bad" he said, even though I was certain the computer was doomed.What a great resource to have in out area.
