I usually try to avoid going to the ER because of some difficult past experiences in a different hospital, but this time I forced myself to come in. It took about six hours for everything to be completed, but it was absolutely worth the wait.nnI truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown by everyone at the hospital — the nurses, doctors, volunteers, front desk staff, and the radiology team. The service I received was excellent.nnI would especially like to thank Dr. Carruthers. Her care was exceptional. She patiently listened to my concerns and took the time to answer all of my questions. Doctors like her are truly invaluable.nnI would also like to thank the radiologist who performed my X-ray. Although I didn’t get his name, I am very grateful for his help and kindness.nnThank you to everyone involved for your dedication and compassionate care.
We are from Ajax Ont. My wife who is 82 and dealing with late stage COPD.nShe had double cataract surgery done here by Dr Lane from the Lasik ClinicnIn Lindsay. My wife and me went to the ER last night after a snowmobile accident. The staff from reception to triage to treatment area were fantastic. Had a CT and spinal rads and was finished in 4 hours. Thanks for the great care and compassion given.
I went in for an x-ray and ankle surgery last night. The surgical team was excellent and I would love to give a huge shout out to the awesome and unbelievable nurse that did everything for me from start to finish. I will post her name shortly. She was comical, efficient and made my stay though long but extremely fun! She deserves an award. This nurse was working last night in the day surgery department!
it was a really positive experience. The hospital has a welcoming, community feel while still being professional and well-organized. The staff were kind and attentive — nurses took time to check in regularly, and the doctors explained things clearly without rushing. The ER wait wasn’t too long, and the triage process felt smooth. The building is clean and easy to navigate, with good signage and comfortable waiting areas. Parking was straightforward and close to the main entrance. It’s not a large hospital, but the quality of care and friendliness of the staff make it stand out.
