I purchased a suit that was slightly too small so I brought it to the Sherway location to be fitted. I had Lida work on it and requested it be done quickly as I attended a wedding the following day. She was very professional and accommodating and did an excellent job as the suit fit perfectly. Highly recommend

I had lost a large amount of weight which was great but nothing fit in my cupboard. Lee at the Queen Street location did an amazing job on all the clothes I brought her and all within one week. She literally took the pants I was wearing when I showed up there and noticing they were 2 increments too long, fixed the hem on the spot in half an hour while I waited. She even reshaped an expensive designer vest for me. Her prices were fair-not cheap, but reflecting an average cost for the high quality of work she did. There could be a lag of a week or two to get your alterations done, but then that is just because it's a busy location and I can see why. I've had multiple articles of clothing brought to the Sherway Garden's location for tailoring and the service has been nothing short of excellent. The turnaround time is fast and the lady who works there is extremely talented and friendly. A bit expensive - but you get what you pay for!

Great experiences have me coming back routinely - Lida does a great job of adjusting to achieve the perfect fit. Typically very fast within a week or so and with great care. I'd say I'm pretty particular, and that's why I continue to choose this Tailor. Good product, fair pricing.

Have been using their services for years. They'll work on items purchase at the Bsy and elsewhere. Yesterday they fixed a sweater shoulder seam fir $5 and did it immediately. Always been satisfied and when I wasn't, they redid it without any issue. Will say I've overheard many conversations when I've both picked up and dropped off clothing for repair. Try to be patient folks and know that they don't set the pricing! Very nice ladies who work hard and are doing the best they can.

Sherway location.... I have been asked to help a bride who took her gown here. They Told her the spaghetti straps would fix the bust being too big when they were shortened .... wrong. They charged her $150 to shorten the straps and to say the work is bad is an understatement ..... took photos of the work which a 4 yr old could do... save your self the heartache ... check the reviews on stores that do bridal alterations... you have paid enough for your dress... shortening the straps should have cost $25 ...

Worst alteration place ever, worst business practice ever. Not only they made mess on my brand new suit, they wouldn't even take the ownership of their mistakes. The owner wanted to charge me more to fix the problem they caused. I brought my $1500 suit to Altered Image, because it was inside of The Bay, but they are totally independent of The Bay. After 6 weeks of hearing that it was due to cheap material, finally I complained to The Bay manager and The Bay refunded the cost of the suit. Thank you very much, The Bay, for super customer service.

I had 2 pairs of pants tapered recently, and they did a fantastic job on both. Fit perfectly. Lida the person at the Sherway location was great. Very friendly and kind. Great experience !

Had a great experience and great result. I brought a dress and received honest and great work. Highly recommend the service and price was reasonable compared to normal alteration stores outside of the mall.
