They are always on time , never disappointed. Rate is reasonable but bit higher compared to other taxi. Yes it's affordable.
Anytime i call they say 15-20 mins either takes them atleast 30mins to an hour thats if they show up.
If I could give them 0, I would. Called for a cab, was told 15 to 20 minutes. 45 minutes later didn't show up. Called again was told 15 to 20 minutes. 30 minutes later didn't show up. Angry now I call a third time, was told 10 minutes and they FINALLY show up after I threatened them. Then they had the AUDACITY to ask for payment. If you enjoy keeping your sanity and not having your time wasted, DONT CALL THEM.
Can't rely on them to be less than 45 minutes behind most days and can't rely on them to make timed calls either. Not even joking at this point I have just found someone to pay to pick up my child from school it's that bad. Combine this with instacart at $99 a year and there's literally no need for cab companies other than the odd trip.
We had a cab driver pull some road rage on one of our guys today because he was going slow in the turn lane The cab van decided to break check us and speed off , just happened i was in the truck with my employee we called the number on the van to make a complaint and where instantly called every name in the book and even threatened to be killed, totally understand the reviews now not sure how this place is still in business
I called at lunch to get cab at 3:30 pm … they didn’t show up for over 20 minutes. I called to find out what happened, they were rude and hung up on me. Will never use them again
Always on time and very friendly people. Never had a bad interaction with them 10 out of 10 recommend
They aren't on time for time calls, and one driver will always say one one amount of time but it's aways double what he says. All the other drivers are really good and courteous.
Very busy. Long wait time
Called a day in advance to prebook for 7am the next morning. I have to catch a commuter bus by 10 after 7, so it's imperative I'm on time. 7:04 I call and I am advised that it should be pulling up any minute. 7:15 stil no show and no call. Needless to say I now cannot get to work as I have missed my commuter bus. I call them back to cancel and let them know I have missed my bus. No apology, nothing. I have used their service previously and they are aware of the commute situation. Just so frickin disappointed.
