I called for mirror lake taxi to get back to my destination, but the driver said that it will arrive in 15min so I waited. After 20min, it didn't show up and I called twice. It looks like same driver and the driver said that it will be long if I wait for another 5min. I got the taxi after I waited for 25-30min, and asked to the driver whether it is possible to discount because of their attitude. They said that we can not discount the price because we have only 2 drivers in camrose, one is in wetaskiwin, other one is in edmonton. I suddenly wondered why they did not have for a customer waiting cost from taxi even though taxi company has a waiting time cost $1/min for customer. It was uncomfortable to take the taxi and taxi system must require to change for customer, not for taxi driver.
They are horrible. They will make you wait for more than 20 minutes and not show up, and if they do show up they will lie that they waited for 5 minutes. Giving them 1 star is a crime. I was never so mistreated by a cab company. NEVER AGAIN
Always exceptional service. Friendly and knowledgeable drivers and clean vehicles. What else do you need for exceptional service? Best taxi service in all of Camrose.
Terrible service. They wouldn't give me an approximate time, then told me not to bother them and call someone else. Rude and unprofessional. Small town business, pathetic.
I don't like Mirror Lake taxi because I usually need to wait about 30 minutes to get a ride. And the fare is inconsistent. Sometimes is $8, sometimes I need to pay $11 between the same departure and destination. I really don't understand that.
I asked the driver to give me about 5 mins as I was trying to leave work and he told me to screw myself and hung up. Not a business I recommend at all and the driver tonight deserves to lose his job
They are prompt and friendly, having used them on multiple occasions I have found them reliable and will continue to use their services. The only issue that I have is the driver who picked me up was litterally finishing a cigarette and rolling up the window as he arrived. I am glad I was wearing a mask because otherwise I would have struggled the whole ride due to the smell.
Most of the cabs in camrose have their own problems but I suppose mirror lake isn't bad
Called Mirror Lake Taxi at 2:03 PM on May 2 2022. Told them my location, at a storage unit yard across from Meridian Bin Plant. The person on the other end said “yeah yeah I know where that is” rudely and never ended up showing up. I ended calling Armand’s Cabs and they showed up 1/2 hour later. This town needs Uber. Badly.
