If I could give zero I would. I love being made to feel bad because my ex husband convinced me to quit my job when we were married then used it against me to get the kids.
They file was miss leading. They had the wrong prosecutor call me on the ticket I got. She was very disrespect. Just for a ticket there filing is wring will end up sending some to jail for the wrong reasons
The referee made a ruling that lacked any language that allowed for paternal parenting time, the referee did not listen to the case fairly. The referee refused to give reasoning for vague ruling, the referee did not work in the best interest of the children. I had faith in the couet system now I do not. Our case worker is however the only bright spot In the case as she has been helpful and professional every time I speak to her. This referee needs to find employment elsewhere if he can't do what is best for children.
Very unprofessional and discriminative towards fathers... The enforcement officers and referee are completely biased... I have made several complaints to Lansing you should all do the same....
