This place is very cool. Very big place with lots of variety for seating and atmosphere. The covered deck is very nice. It was protected from the wind while I was there. They boast that their sirloin steak is their most tender cut. I have had very few sirloins that were worth talking about. Based off recommendation from the server tried the surf and turf sirloin and fried shrimp. The steak really was very tender, good cut, with lots of flavor. The fried shrimp were cooked perfectly with the shrimp being tender not rubber like most fried shrimp and the breading had an awesome complementary flavor. The drinks and service were great as well. On top of that are the awesome river and rugged hill views to complete the package. This place is legit!
A table in the shade on a warm summer day overlooking the Snake river. Perfect! Food was extremely good and ample, left overs were a result and welcomed. Fish tacos, turkey bacon ranch wrap and a very tasty Gouda Mac and cheese. Service was prompt and friendly! Definitely recommend it all!
Stopped by for the first time after a round of golf. The atmosphere is nice, but the view is amazing. I had the prime rib Thursday is prime rib day, and my lady had the catfish boat, which is really a sandwich. The prime rib was outstanding but the catfish was not good. Unfortunate. The wait staff were friendly and attentive.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: Yes
Great sunsets here with excellent outdoor seating. Great view of the snake River mostly anywhere in or out of the restaurant. Large craft beer selection with a full bar. Big enough for large groups. Our server last night did a super phenomenal job and servicing our friends birthday party.
We eat here fairly often and find it to be a great place to meet with friends for drinks and appetizers. The menu isn't that big, but they offer stiff drinks and a damn good view from the deck. It gets fairly busy here in the evenings and on the weekends so there may be a wait at times. And don't think you can get to the bar without waiting, they are pretty strict with their line. They have a good bloody Mary and we love the Kabooms-- you gotta try them! Vegetarian options: Some appetizers and some salads are veggie friendly. Kid-friendliness: This is a family restaurant. Parking: There is a big lot and street parking. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp but no dedicated handicap parking spots. Dietary restrictions: Some dishes are "gluten friendly," so order with that in mind.
Meal was just so so. Not much of a portion. Compare the lemon wedge in my photo to the steak. I don't know why restaurants can't figure out that the vast majority of people want their side salad before their main? Not after for sure. The plate was sizzling hot but none of the food was. Flavor was okay. It was a busy Friday night but should that matter? On the positive side it's a good hangout with plenty of large TV for sports and they have a legit beer and bourbon selection. There are river view seats. Might try it again.
A very cool restaurant. The food and service were both great and the view of the snake river was excellent. They even had little igloos on the outside deck with heaters to keep you warm.Food: 5/5
Friendly staff. Good food. Nice atmosphere! I definitely will be backFood: 5/5
Outside dining right on the river was nice. We had the hippy juice which was yummy. The crab dip super yummy with garlic bread. The salmon was a bit overcooked but the flavor was good.
Not the best food, but not the worst either. The stuffed tater tots would have been better with a better brand of bacon. I'm pretty sure they used a precooked bacon. The fries were great though.Food: 3/5
