I had a great experience with this company and the person I dealt with, Emil. I did my home work and I found the best price with Room-Deco. I was skeptical first about they do not have a physical store and the truth of the prices I got as they were unbelievable! But the steps were very rationale of paying through a trustable third company website a small deposit then you pay the rest via bank draft on delivery. Also the delivery and installation were great. Two pieces came damaged and they were replaced in two weeks at no extra fees. I bought the maintenance plan as it was at a great price comparing to any other furniture stores. In nutshell I strongly recommend this company to all my friends and I already referred couple of them.

Dealing with Room Deco was my first time buying major furniture online off a website. They were great communicators, keeping me in the loop on the status of my order and I will give Emil and Room Deco high marks for delivering the product as advertised, at a great price and at on the promised schedule (early actually!). Great experience and I would highly recommend Room-Deco.

I purchased a dining room set in November 2014 for over $10,000.00. They asked me to pay by certified cheque which I did. It is now June 25th 2015 and I am still waiting for part of my order. Do not pay up front! Offer to pay when you receive full shipment.
