Absolutely love the customer service at Sleep Country Canada! Originally we were going to go to Leon's or the Brick to purchase our bed, but went with our gut feeling to NOT purchase from them. We have had bad past experiences with Leon's and the Brick. Going to Sleep Country Canada was the best decision we ever made. Not only did we get the BEST bed in the entire store (& most expensive), but we also got ourselves an excellent discount as there are ways to do so. The customer service at Sleep Country Canada is exceptional! And the fact that there employees actually know & understand each & every single bed, made the experience ever better! We ended up spending almost 3 hours there trying out beds, and finally came to the decision of the well-known NASA made Temper Pedic bed! :) The store is clean & welcoming. Staff is exceptional! Highly recommend :)

Sleep Country Canada. Why buy a mattress anywhere else? Seriously, why? This place has a monopoly on mattress sales in Canada. Feed the beast

Purchased a mattress which is too small for my bed. You can get your head stuck between the headboard and the mattress. I was told by the sales associate that there is a 60 day exchange. What Chris failed to notify me of that there is a $50 + hst charge. If was told this with the 60 day return. I would of taken my business elsewhere. I went in last Tuesday dealt with the store manager what a huge mistake. Told me $50.00 or nothing. Even though I was willing to pay the difference for the mattress with a pillow top. Robbie Solomon told me it costs them a $100.00 to send out the truck and 2 men. I also said to Robbie that I was willing to place the old mattress in the back of a sport unitly and bring it to the headoffice for an exchange to save the Sleep Country the cost of the Truck and the 2 men. His response was they had to inspect the mattress for bed bugs this manager verbally exhales negative comments to customers . I was only attempting to arrive at a position to not have to incure an additional $50 + Hst charge. According to him I was getting the deal of a lifetime. He said I could call head office good luck. He also stated to me they would not be of any assistance. I called last week twice. Left 2 voice mails. No call back. I called this morning. Someone answered the phone. The district manager will me giving me a call back with in 48 hours. Just waiting to hear back from Masuad Pakdel. If I have no luck with him. I will attempt to contact Christian Magee. Robbie the store manager said "GOOD LUCK" talking to her. I will keep you posted. After posting this someone from head office did call and said I didn't have to incure the additional $50.00 card. Went in to another location payed my additional $103.00 + dollars. The mattress did arrive the following Monday of this week. I did have the old mattress left at my front entrance. I was not home for the delivery. Had my concerige let them in. I thought they would of placed the mattress on the bed in my bedroom. When I arrived home that evening I had to install the King mattress myself. O well! I do have to say now with the pillow top the mattress fits fine and it is a great mattress. This concludes my review. Thank you
