I wish I could give zero stars. Was asked for a call apon delivery, didnt happen. Wife saw the delivery guy unloading the material into the shop, which I had just cleared out to be spray foam insulated that day. She then told him i wanted the material place outside the shop. He said it would be fine where he had it. After calling the office and speaking to one of the lady's to have the material moved back outside i come to find out it was the owner who had delivered the material. When i explained to him why i didnt want it there and that i specificaly wanted a call before delivery, plus my wife asked for it to be moved while he was unloading it, he said there was nothing he could do he was not coming back and that it was not financially smart of him to do so. He rather loose a customer becuase of a poor mistake on his end then waste a few bucks in gas to come fix the problem. Just plain ignorant and lazy. Won't be back.
