I just left this store to pick up an order and was literally treated like a non person. The woman behind the counter would not let me explain what I was picking up. Without checking she said my order was not there. It was literally on the shelf. Rude behaviour equals to me not coming back here ever!

Better service and very friendly compared to any Rona in Windsor …..over here we met gentleman name Dave who is loves his job and be very helpful

Don't buy from this Rona, because I bought tiles they told me returned we don't take it but you can return it to Windsor location will take it. They were lying Rona Windsor refused to take their tiles because their store is private and won't accepted. Their staff lied about other Rona location in Windsor and Leamington will accepted returned.
