I was assigned Beck Plumbing MTC through my home warranty company. Josh arrived and only addressed the easy repairs and told me the other items weren't covered even though my plumbing warranty covers faucets. He told the warranty company that I broke the faucet myself therefore it isn't covered and they informed me the breakage would be covered when it occurs from "normal wear and tear". This is laughable as the tub faucet is original to my 33 year old home and clearly broke on its own. I'm sure his reply to this review will dispute what I'm saying but what can't be disputed is the poor customer service. It was clear he was in a hurry to bill me and leave. When I said I wasn't willing to pay the total as the covered repairs weren't completed in full he asked me to "sign the work order just to show he had been there". Upon reading the fine print it essentially stated that I'd consent to being billed in full as I had just mentioned to him I wasn't willing to do. I felt like the entire experience was deceptive and a sham to collect the money as quickly as possible regardless of the reasons I had scheduled repairs in the first place. After not signing the paperwork he passive aggressively informed me how they wouldn't be coming back under the guise of courtesy. I would NOT recommend this company.

Josh came out this morning through a home warranty company to help with a leaking faucet. He was quick, polite, and professional. He took the time to answer all the questions I had. He even took the time to help scope out a bathroom remodel project I was working on, though he had other calls to get to and it was certainly outside the scope of the warranty. Thank you!

Josh made a special trip out to my house on a Sunday morning, in an ice storm to help us out. He managed to get my problem fixed within an hour, and have me some solid advice on how to help prevent any issues in the future. He was very straightforward, and didn't try to sugar coat anything, or double talk me. He made sure to explain everything in ways that I would understand. I highly recommend this company, and will be keeping their number handy just in case anything like this happens again! Thanks a lot guys!

We had such a good experience with beck plumbing. Originally talked to Blair, told him the issue we were having with our sump pump and he told me he would have someone here within the hour. The owner josh, ended up getting here shortly after I talked to Blair. Not even an hour ! Fixed the issue within 40 minutes. He was very professional and extremely nice.

My home warranty company scheduled Beck Plumbing to take a look at my upstairs bathtub because there was water leaking into my garage and to the outside front of my house. The tech was rude and unhelpful, stating that the overflow in a bathtub is not meant as a drain and the fact that my 3 year old splashes around in the tub is "a parenting issue" for him personally. He stated that it was a 2 man job and they would return to fix it. A week later, since I hadn't heard anything, I reached out to their office and was told that they denied the claim since there was "no mechanical failure." I didn't used to have water on my garage floor and dripping through the front of my house, so something obviously has failed. Please avoid this company at all costs.
