Without going into details, I had a very bad experience, especially regarding the exorbitant cost of returning merchandise, which was $275, or 26% of my bill. I like to support local businesses, but I will never shop there again. It's much better to order online where satisfaction is guaranteed and returns are free! Plus, the prices in the store are 20% higher than online. Something to consider!

I'd like to take a look around to find out how much the interior doors, water heater, and light fixtures cost as well.

I rarely leave Google reviews, but I absolutely had to mention the impeccable service I received in the plumbing department. A big, strapping fellow in shorts gave me one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. Thanks again!

I witnessed a customer service incident Saturday morning. The cashier started yelling in the store, swearing and calling the customer an Indian, and saying she wouldn't set foot in her register again until she left. I wondered if it was orchestrated. Seriously, cashier, if you're too old to do your job with respect and courtesy, get out and do something else. This is discrimination and racism.
