Zero courtesy. Literally incredible customer service. I can't find the words to honor the magnitude of the nastiness I experienced in this store. The manager should lose her job.

Customer service to be reviewed.nnPay attention to the paint mixture, for example;nI bought exterior matte paint and when we got home I saw that on the gallons of paint it was interior ceiling paintnI was told you just had to check before leaving the store...nSo remember to validate before paying....nnThe materials are of the second quality and sold as of the first....

Very poor service overall.nI really don't recommend this store

No worries for the customer. It's been 2 times that my door on order out of 3 purchased has arrived broken and unable to get fast delivery or a discount to compensate. If it doesn't arrive broken, it will take a month and a half to get it. We have no other place we can go and they know it.
