I order something I didn't receive the stuff I supposed to get and now I have problem to get my money back so the store is not so good so I have to do a chargeback on my credit card

They didn't have the item that I was looking for but the young man that I approached for assistance was eager to help and very attentive.

Small store with confusing organization and lackluster service. I asked the attendant at the contractor service counter to check if a specific type of outside drywall corner bead was in stock. The attendant refused to help and just told me to go look "in the corner". I looked up the stock on the Rona website on my phone and the site did show stock. Upon arriving at "the corner", I found a mess of mismatched corner beads making it impossible to find what I was looking for. The only reason I gave 2 stars rather than 1 is because a clerk was helpful in quickly getting me something off a top shelf. Save yourself the trouble and head to Reno dépôt on Lapierre in LaSalle.

Good parking, but no EV charging. It's no better and no worse than any other big box rénovation store.

Good friendly staff who know their stuff.

Excellent service. Small selection on some items. Drywall compound, for example. Can usually find everything I need. Coming back to add that I still go to this store and I absolutely love it. The service there is absolutely fantastic. They are easy to talk to and I have gotten excellent recommendations on products. They even were able to deliver two sheets of drywall for me - something that would be ridiculously expensive elsewhere.

Bought something I wanted to return and got the runaround for a few days. Apparently there is only one person competent enough to complete returns for online orders. What I will say though is that the one competent employee was great!

Open hours are wrong. How can you get this wrong in 2022? Going to Home Depot!

Got what I needed and staff was helpful, nothing else to say other than it's your standard Rona and seem to be run well.
