Nice store with good layout and lots of options in terms bathroom and lighting. Usually a little pricier than other local options for materials, hardware and wood, but better selection for decor and interior home renovations - bathroom, lighting, etc. Lucky to have a few options in the region.

Great customer service.. the staff went out of their way to help to me to get what I needed.. after driving there from Fredericton.

Not impressed. The young man in the yard didnt seem to care for anything and seemed depressed by the look on his face. Then when it was time to pay, the young lady had an attitude problem. No smile and no thank you. She looked like a bored robot and talked too fast with this high pitched voice. I will avoid this place and go to the competition on the other side of the street.

Limited range of products. Can be frustrating if you are looking for a less common item. The fireplace section offered a great selection and good service. The store was rather messy. Made it harder to get around.

He caught me by surprise when he said “Hi” wasn’t sure if he was talking to me at the competitor,they hide from you when they see you coming. It took five minutes and I was in and out. Thank You!!

Reasonable prices. Most staff is new as store manager would rather hire new person than keep them longer.

I can only say it's prices on most materials are more than the similar materials in Ontario and some in home depot in Fredericton and Moncton

They didn't have any countertops,which is disappointing for a hardware store. The prices are good though.
