I have an infection in both eyes and when to get two tubes of gel that was prescribed today at 5:30 February 27 2025 maybe you can check who was at that desk at that time and day. I was welcomed by a girl with a bad attitude, she was typing away and ignoring me for about 3 minutes. I checked if my husband had responded to me about supper for about 3 seconds and I offended her because I was not ready when she was. She seemed really mad and her voice tone was not pleasant. She then told me that I can either when a couple of hours or pickup my prescription tomorrow. WOW 2 to 3 hours for already prepared eyes gel tube. I told her I would pass in the morning and I wanted to make sure they were going to prepare the TWO tubes, so politely I ask if they can make the TWO tubes for tomorrow and she responded - THAT IS WHAT IS WRITTEN. This is the last prescription at this pharmacy, they just lost a 40 years old client. I can accept wait time as I understand they are busy but cannot accept being treated that way.

Never come here for new prescriptions or even to renew. Very unprofessional staff except for one gentlemen

I went there sick and impatient I just needed to know what I should buy to feel better. There was a guy at consultation he was very patient listened to all my symptoms and showed me all I needed to get on the aisles . Really good service which is amazing when someone is sick.

We had frequented this location for the last four years but we unfortunately no longer will be a customer here. In the past year, my partner has faced discrimination in pharmacy for being Indigenous, which has resulted in horrendous service and attitude from the employees. Additionally, I have received awful service just as an every day white woman trying to acquire prescriptions, or even get ahold of their pharmacy team. Every time I step foot in this Shoppers location, I feel like an inconvenience not only to the pharmacy, but also by their staff - and that's because that is how they make you feel when you ask general questions or ask for help from a team member. I am never one to write many negative reviews, only if I have had repeatedly horrible experiences, but I finally needed to come here and provide my honest recollections of how unjustly treated patrons are of this location. We will not be back.

Disappointed of all the perfume sections that are all locked now because of a lot of stealing so they say. I am a regular perfume buyer and I love to smell but not with someone on my tail all the time. I will go somewhere else in the future.
