Terrible service, went to the store on a Thursday thinking less people around 13:00 and no one to help, not even a “are you ok, mam”, saw various employees but none wanted to answer my questions on door installations and prices! I find the supervisor and even he says “sorry mam I have to go to lunch!!!”nForget this store’s employees not helpful !

I called and asked if they had the product I wanted and was answered YES, when I got there finally finding someone to answer me I was told that they never had that product 2nd time that happened on my way out I mentioned it to the two girls working, there response was a unconcerned response. I will not purchase there again! I encourage enterprises that offer proper customer service.

A much smaller Rona, so much less selection. Friendly staff. Plenty of free parking. Easy access back onto the highway.

Went to buy hose that was on sale. None was in stock. To be able to get it at that price you have to pay ahead because they do not give rain checks. I paid approx 65$ and was told in a couple of days i would get call. A week later i went back, still none. Its been 2 weeks now. Only to find out they might have them at another store.nPlus good luck finding help in outside lot for bricks and rocks. Literally saw the 2 young men run inside and vanish when i came back with my car after i told them i was getting 5 bags of decorative rocks. They saw me spoke to each other and vanished.

The staff is very friendly and helpful compared to the home depot employees that try to hide from you lol
