Great service! All the employees were super nice, helpful, and talkative. The manager David gave us amazing service. Saved us a lot of time and money with their don’t pay the tax sale. The employee who helped put our item in the car was super nice as well! A1 service for a hardware store.

Often out of stock, even simple mouldings, employees are hard to find or have 2 or 3 clients waiting for help, I always leave that store frustrated. Waste of time!

Terrible service, went to the store on a Thursday thinking less people around 13:00 and no one to help, not even a “are you ok, mam”, saw various employees but none wanted to answer my questions on door installations and prices! I find the supervisor and even he says “sorry mam I have to go to lunch!!!”nForget this store’s employees not helpful !

I called and asked if they had the product I wanted and was answered YES, when I got there finally finding someone to answer me I was told that they never had that product 2nd time that happened on my way out I mentioned it to the two girls working, there response was a unconcerned response. I will not purchase there again! I encourage enterprises that offer proper customer service.
